Our products come with the 12 months warranty beginning from the day of installation of our products.
Warranty covers electrical faults only. All necessary repairs or replacements are free of charge. Physical damages are not covered by the warranty.
An upgrade of equipment option is also available, when it is possible, at extra cost if applicable.
Due to the labour cost driven nature of our services, it is not our policy to offer a money-back guarantee, but in exceptional circumstances we may offer a 28 days money-back guarantee for product cost only. The labour cost is not included.
In case of the physical damage of the equipment, the cost of repair will be limited to the cost of parts and labour.
For service, repair or replacement customers would be asked to travel to our location. Alternatively, if service, repair or replacement could wait until we have an opportunity to work in the area, will be done at customer location subject to safety requirements.
We reserve the right to cancel an installation, repair or replacement at client’s premises if safety requirements are not satisfied.
Safety requirements are including, but not limited to, safe parking and place of work.
A €40 call out fee may be applied in certain circumstances including safety requirements when on arrival we will not be able to provide service due to circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to amend these policies and procedures and changes will become effective immediately upon publishing.
By purchasing our products the customer agrees to our policies and procedures.
